Tuition & Scheduling Options

Tuition

Monthly tuition payments are transmitted on the 30th of each month (or the closest business day prior to the 30th) for the upcoming month. Tuition payments are obtained exclusively through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), credit card transaction (Visa/MasterCard), or through bank draft. Monthly tuition payments remain the same regardless of holidays, vacations, sickness, snow closings or closings beyond our control.

Schedule

Children enroll on a 5 day schedule with either a 7am-3:30pm or 7am-6pm option for the full year.

Discounts

Families with two or more children enrolled at Westwood Children’s School are entitled to a 10% discount off the lower rate paid. Families with a child also currently enrolled at the Tobin Children’s School or Tobin School Westwood are entitled to a 10% discount on the tuition of the child with the lesser rate.

We accept Bank Draft and VISA/MasterCard as forms of payment.

Increases

If applicable, tuition increases will be posted in January for the following September.

Westwood Children’s School does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, cultural heritage, political beliefs, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, disability or national origin. All payments to the school must be made via EFT, either bank draft or credit card.

Financial Obligations

This last half month (LHM) deposit is non-refundable, and is credited toward your child’s last half month at Westwood Children’s School, provided your child has been enrolled in the School for at least six months, and written notification of termination is made at least 45 days prior to your child’s last day.
